Refunds of student account charges are issued in accordance with the university policy outlined at http://policies.cua.edu/enrollment/refund/RefundStudentCharges.cfm. 

An optional tuition refund plan is offered through A.W.G. Dewar, Inc. that supplements the refund policy of The Catholic University of America.  Those enrolled in the plan are assured a refund even though the University's own refund policy may have expired at the time of withdrawal.  Information on the optional refund plan can be found at http://www.collegerefund.com.
