CARDINAL CASH

Cardinal Cash is no longer an option for student account payments.  Visit http://enrollmentservices.cua.edu/Student-Financial-Information/PaymentOptions.cfm for information on acceptable payment options.

TRAINING SESSIONS

The Office of Enrollment Services is offering monthly training seminars for faculty and staff.  Seminars will cover a variety of topics including registration, student records, class scheduling, and student accounts.  Administrators are strongly encouraged to attend, as the seminars are designed to cover the areas in which the office receives the most inquires from faculty and staff.  Resources from past seminars can be found at http://enrollmentservices.cua.edu/facultystaffinfo/Facultystaffinfo.cfm

Up to date account activity can be viewed between statements in Cardinal Station and on the Account Status page in CardinalPAY.

The first statement to include account activity for the Summer 2017 semster will be the April 18th statement.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

Students with unpaid balances are subject to registration, transcript, and diploma holds. Additionally, those with unpaid balances of $300 or more will not be permitted to register for classes or select on-campus housing during the Spring housing lottery.

Interest is assessed on unpaid balances on the 15th of each month (or the first business day thereafter) and late fees are assessed once per term.  The spring semester late fee was assessed on Wednesday, January 25th.  The first interest assessment to include unpaid spring semester charges was the February 15th assessment.
