Mission of Enrollment Services
The mission of the Office of Enrollment Services is to provide high quality services related to registration, records, and student accounts in a one-stop environment to current students, alumni, staff, faculty, and the general public. The enrollment services office strives to make these services available to students where, when and how they need them, and works closely with other CUA offices to ensure that current information is provided to students to alleviate the need to visit numerous offices to obtain that information. We are committed to providing exceptional service while exhibiting accuracy and efficiency in our work, and maintaining integrity, professionalism and respect.
News
April account statements are now available in CardinalPAY. Students with unpaid balances from the current or prior terms are subject to registration/transcript/diploma holds and late payment fees. Students with balances from the Summer 2012 term should remit payment no later than the add/drop deadline for the first Summer Session in which they are enrolled.
The Spring 2012 final exam schedule can be found at http://enrollmentservices.cua.edu/Registration-and-Records/FinalExamScheduleSpring2012.cfm. Student can access their individual exam schedule (with exam locations) in Cardinal Station by selecting "Exam Schedule" from the drop-down menu in the Academics section at the top of the Student Center screen. Final exam locations are not always the same as class locations so students are strongly encouraged to check their exam locations in Cardinal Station.
Commencement for undergraduate and graduate students is Saturday, May 12th; commencement for law students is Friday, May 25th. Graduating students should check their Cardinal Station accounts for any holds that will prevent the release of their diploma and transcripts. Any such holds must be resolved by the business day prior to commencement in order to ensure recept of diploma at the ceremony.
