Mission of Enrollment Services

The mission of the Office of Enrollment Services is to provide high quality services related to registration, records, and student accounts in a one-stop environment to current students, alumni, staff, faculty, and the general public. The enrollment services office strives to make these services available to students where, when and how they need them, and works closely with other CUA offices to ensure that current information is provided to students to alleviate the need to visit numerous offices to obtain that information. We are committed to providing exceptional service while exhibiting accuracy and efficiency in our work, and maintaining integrity, professionalism and respect.

HOLIDAY CLOSURES

The Office of Enrollment Services will close at 3pm on Thursday, December 18th.

All university offices will close for the semester break at 2pm on Friday, December 19th.  Offices will re-open at 9am on Monday, January 5th.

BILLING

Account statements are generated on the 15th of each month (or the first business day thereafter).  Account activity occurring between statements, including payments, acceptance and disbursement of financial aid awards, and reversal of the student medical plan charge, will appear on the subsequent monthly statement.  Up to date account activity can be viewed between statements in Cardinal Station and on the Account Status page in CardinalPAY.

The first account statement to include charges for the Spring 2015 semester will be the December 15th statement.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

Students with unpaid balances are subject to registration and transcript holds.  Those with unpaid balnaces of $300 or more will not be permitted to register for Spring 2015 classes.

Interest is assessed on unpaid balances on the 15th of each month (or the first business day thereafter).
