Mission of Enrollment Services

The mission of the Office of Enrollment Services is to provide high quality services related to registration, records, and student accounts in a one-stop environment to current students, alumni, staff, faculty, and the general public. The enrollment services office strives to make these services available to students where, when and how they need them, and works closely with other CUA offices to ensure that current information is provided to students to alleviate the need to visit numerous offices to obtain that information. We are committed to providing exceptional service while exhibiting accuracy and efficiency in our work, and maintaining integrity, professionalism and respect.

BILLING

Account statements are generated on the 15th of each month (or the first business day thereafter). Account activity occurring between statements, including payments, acceptance and disbursement of financial aid awards, and reversal of the student medical plan charge, will appear on the subsequent monthly statement. Up to date account activity can be viewed between statements in Cardinal Station and on the Account Status page in CardinalPAY.

The first monthly statement to include charges for the Summer 2015 term will be issued on April 15th.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

The final due date for the Spring 2015 semester was Friday, January 23rd.  Students with unpaid balances are subject to registration and transcript holds. Those with unpaid balances of $300 or more will not be permitted to register for Summer or Fall 2015 classes.  Graduating students with an outstanding balance will not receive a diploma or be eligible to request official transcripts.

Interest is assessed on unpaid balances on the 15th of each month (or the first business day thereafter).
